The LEDS Electronic Document Management System is a product that manages and organizes documents by storing paper or images that are searchable by an easy to use indexing system. Documents are scanned or imported, indexed, stored, retrieved, archived and destroyed. Documents are entered into a powerful data base management system and can be stored on the internet (cloud) or locally hosted. Indexed values can search documents and will display a document list that meets the searching criteria. Documents can be printed or saved to PDF files.
